I have been waiting for the 3rd chapter in this series for some time and love it! Now I want number 4 to come out soon!Alex is a character I am enjoying very much along with her "Dimly Lit Master". Their interactions are funny and so "sisterly".
This is the third book in Rain's Alexis Silver series. These are the continuing adventures of Alexis Silver, mermaid and currently a private investigator. The book opens where the last book ended. We see our heroine agreeing to assist the CIA with a very time sensitive problem. This book is fun and action moves from a national security involving an unusually crazed werewolf to a missing vampire case. My only wish is that this book was longer. It comes in a few pages short of the first two books, and I was happy up until the book ended and I wanted to read more.If you have enjoyed the first two books you will definitely love this one!
Fantastic book, in a fantastic series. I can't wait to see what happens next in the life of Alexis Silver.
I think I got this one within moments of it releasing. Awesome. This is my favorite one of the Alexis Silver stories so far. Her cases were interesting. It's becoming clear I might get the cross-over I've been waiting for. Yay to hear from Kingsley and Sam in this one! This one takes place right after the events of Moon Master - if you haven't read all the Samantha Moon books yet, get on that - big things are coming in this universe! I can see the story lines weaving together to see what's happening to others. Alexis gets to team up with the FBI in this one and pump into two others whose Dark Masters have gone rogue. I love Lucinia and can't wait to find out what the next stories bring.
